A lot of aspiring models ask me about opportunities to model if they are not with an agency or live in Manhattan. I always tell women to find designers or events that host runway shows or to start up their own.
I was delighted to be invited to a plus size fashion show by American Exclusive on-line magazine which featured up and coming designers and aspiring plus size models. Hosted by the fabulous Gwendolyn “Diva” DeVoe, I was very impressed to see this show, which was very entertaining and professional.
