Well, I have made it! I am the cover on page 37 of the NY Daily News and I am featured on their online section. I did a photo shoot with Michaela Dalzell called, “Love in NYC.” My love was the presidential election and the win of President Obama. So she wanted to do a very natural shoot in my home with all the stuff I had accumulated as keepsakes for the President.
Well, Ms. DeVoe, executive producer of Full Figured Fashion Week was the first to let me know I was in the paper this morning as I had no idea I would be featured. I am the COVER of the article in today’s paper. I will also be featured in a art gallery for her project in Manhattan next Friday through November for this photographer’s photo of me. The details of the exhibit are below after my signature and it’s free. I encourage EVERYONE to come out. This is MAJOR because a plus size woman with tattoos made that cover! I remember how many people once told me that I couldn’t do things like this because of my tattoos and my size. Well, guess what? I MADE IT and God is truly great!
