This one is for the ladies who have makeup-phobia. They want to wear it. They think it looks great on other women (or not so great on some women). They feel overwhelmed when they visit a cosmetic counter. They admire the looks in magazines and wish that they could achieve something remotely as great.
Well let’s just break it down to some simple steps. Any woman should know how to look her beautiful best in any situation using some very easy tools.
Pro Tips: Always remember that a little goes a long way and that blending is your best friend! You can build from look to look depending on where you are going. Go ahead! Have fun!
The Nudist: This is the quintessential natural look.
The Tools: Foundation primer. Foundation. Pressed Powder. Powder blush. Mascara. Lip stain.
Smooth a little foundation primer all over the face.
Apply a little liquid foundation starting at the center of the face, and blending outwards. Your foundation should be the exact color of your skin, so that it does not look like a mask.
With your powder brush, dust a little powder to set the foundation and control shine.
Using your blush brush, smile and apply a little rouge to the apples of your cheeks. (I like to blend it with my powder brush. If you think you got too much blush on, then dip your powder brush into your loose of pressed powder and swirl over your blush. This will soften the color)
Curl your lashes if you like, and swipe on mascara.
Blend a little lip stain for some sweet color on your lips.
