Plus size model Katya Zharkova has become one of the most recognizable plus size models around the world after her nude editorial in PLUS Model Magazine’s feature “Plus Size Bodies, What’s Wrong With Them Anyway?”. The feature, which received over 200 media hits and countless blog hits, made this curvy blond a worldwide name and has given her a larger platform to spread her message of self love and acceptance.

Katya was invited to walk during Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in Russia. Designers Lena Trocko and Nikolai Krasnikov are just two of the designers that are working with Katya and expressed gratitude in being able to work with a fuller figure. Katya tells PLUS Model Magazine, ” Plus size models on the runway was received very well, we broke the rules and now anything is possible.”
