In the April issue of PLUS Model Magazine, DIY and fashion blogger Kristen Turner of Glitter N’ Glue shares her 5 must have DIY materials for any girls upcycling kit. Before you get rid of anything in your closet stop and ask your self if you can create an entire new look with something from your DIY kit.
1) Buttons
Just chaning the buttons can breath new life into an old top. Swap out these basic white buttons for Swarvoski encrusted buttons or buttons with fun designs on them.
2) Studs
With the help of a little strong hold glue (my personal favorite is E6000) you can add studs to almost any article of clothing.
