Hi,
talking about weight issues. i’m fifty years old and weigh 12 stones or about 80 kilos. i try not to get any heavier – my knees complain. When I was a teenager I was obsessed with dietng but this disappeared when I had my first child.
my daughter worries me because she is almost anorexic. her boyfriend becomes angry with her because they go out and she pushes around the food in her plate. She’s becoming a perfectionist. I blame society – you have to excel in school, in sports, in lifestyle, in your image. We should accept ourselves as we are. try our best but then forget it. you only live once
