Oversized sheer tops are the must have piece for spring and fall and this is blue/white polka dot piece SUCH a good one! This cape-style button down has wonderful volume, but still features fabulous sleeves. It is shorter on the sides and has 2 front bust pockets. This item is sheer and would look great layered over bras, dresses, or bathing suits! The “max” measurement is the most that would fit into the garment without strain, but since this item is supposed to be oversized, pretty much any size would work!
