Lane Bryant Unveils First Look At Their New Runway-Inspired Collection 6th & Lane
Plus size fashion retailer Lane Bryant continues be to a big part of the shift currently happening in the plus size fashion industry where fashion is becoming more runway-inspired and we’re seeing more straight size designers are starting to design for plus sizes.
Lane Bryant has already collaborated with fashion designers Isabel and Ruben Toledo on three capsule collections and their collaboration with French fashion designer Sophie Theallet to launch a new lingerie line is set to happen this fall.

Lane Bryant has just announced that they will launching their own runway-inspired collection called 6th & Lane and is offering a sneak peek of the collection on their website. The face of the new collection is plus size model Tara Lynn, who is signed to IMG Models.
The new collection, set to launch on 7/21, is for the fearlessly modern woman, according to the retailer. It states on their preview page for the new collection:
“Sixth & Lane is dedicated to standard-breaking, runway-inspired clothing for the fearlessly modern woman. We take notice and we are noticed. The world is our runway and we own it. Get on at Sixth & Lane, the intersection of in-the-know and curated, feminine and chic.”
From the looks of the collection we are seeing in the preview online, we are looking forward to this new collection of black and white with pops of color as well as the use of leather and lace.

6th & Lane will debut online and in 10 select stores on 7/21. On 8/11, the collection will expand to 78 stores.
