Whitney Way Thore, reality TV star of TLC’s “My Big Fat Fabulous Life“, launched an online store this week to push the powerful message against body shaming and to benefit a great cause.
Thore announced on her Facebook page on Tuesday (9/15) that her online store was up and that “a portion of all proceeds goes to both the National PCOS Foundation and the National Eating Disorders Association“. She is also seen on the website, modeling all the clothes, to which she points out: “You can find a sizing chart, as well as the size I am wearing, in the description of each item.”
There’s apparel, accessories, tote bags and more, all with the “No BS” logo shown prominently on them. According to Thore, there’s more to come. She stated that they will be adding more products.
Thore seems very passionate about pushing the message of no body shaming, as was evident in her video response to Nicole Arbour’s “Dear Fat People” video.
