What have been your favorite modeling experiences so far?

One of my favorite modeling experiences has been working consistently for the same client, so much that you build relationships and a sense of camaraderie. It is extremely rewarding when you’ve contributed towards a team and positive environment.

One of my favorite jobs has been a bra-packaging job. A few months later I went into a store and saw multiple packages with my face on it. It took every ounce of me to hold a straight face in the check out line! The lady at the register never noticed that I was buying 48DDD, 38C, 42E, 40G, different sized bras!

What is your personal fashion aesthetic? 

In the past year, my style has seriously evolved. Although I have always enjoyed fashion, I found that I have been noticing fashion more. I would say that my style is full of classic pieces with modern and trendy items. I love staples in a wardrobe that never go out of style- skinny jeans, black leather jacket, white sneakers, basics. I like to invest in the timeless items and then buy less expensive trendier pieces. Black is always chic but I always get compliments wearing blue! Something to do with my eyes, I suppose 🙂

If you were not modeling, what field would you be working in?

If I was not modeling, I would definitely still be in business. I have a business degree specialized in Innovation & Entrepreneurship, so I believe that I still carry an entrepreneurial spirit! I am currently working on building my personal brand as a model.

What do you like to do on your off time? 

When I am not traveling for work, I love to cook. It has become one of my passions! I love digging through my kitchen and curating meals based off of what I have. I am kind of a homebody, so I love to be home and lay low with friends and family.

I also work part-time as an image consultant through my start up company, Buffalo Beautiful. I love helping people transform into the best versions of themselves, from the inside out!

Has there been someone in your life that has influenced you, in fashion or otherwise?

I have to say that my mom has influenced me. She is an incredibly savvy and polished businesswoman; I strive to be half of the woman & mother that she is. She is always dreaming big for me, guiding and supporting me every step of the way.

Within the fashion industry, I have had many mentors and friends that have helped me learn and grow, to whom I am very grateful to. They have helped shape the model and woman that I am today.

What is your advice to aspiring models?

You have to know that it takes a large amount of time, money, dedication and vision. I receive countless messages from people wanting to be models, asking for the secret formula. There is none! Just a large dose of trial and error… I will say though, it is A LOT more than just being a pretty face.
