Plus size fashion is to be celebrated, and this is exactly what we have brought to our readers in the PLUS Model Magazine September 2011 Issue.

This issue is a celebration of style for plus size women, and freedom to be who we want to be within the fashion industry.  We may all wear double digits, but our styles differ so we made it a point to think about all ages, sizes and styles.

Photographed by our very own Lucaspictures, our cover model Kailee O’Sullivan is stunning on the cover and was an absolute dream to work with. She jumped, skipped and hopped so that we could bring to life the concept we had in mind for this editorial.

We are also so proud to bring to you the editorial debut of The Queen Grace Collection. For this editorial, I chose a very sophisticated model, Michelle Griffith. She’s been in the industry for almost 20 years and she is still as stunning as ever. Oh!, and did I mention that her husband is the lead singer of the band The Roots?

Photographer Stanley Debas is known for his out of the way locations and edgy editorial style, and again this month he delivers a spectacular array of images. Models Meilee and Sommer Green used their True Sheroes skills to complete this amazing story we called “Invincible”.

Unless you have been living under a rock, you know that just a few days ago, TLC’s Big Sexy premiered to amazing reviews. Our very own contributor Tiffany Bank is one of the cast members of the show and this month she is the feature model for our beauty editorial, Dramatic!

Fashion’s Night Out is just a few days away and we are so excited to be partnering with Lane Bryant for a night of “Lanetini’s” and fashion. Join us on Thursday, September 8th at the Fulton Street store in Brooklyn. Check out the ad in the magazine for more details.
