In the year of comebacks, LaTocha Scott of the well known 1990’s female R & B group Xscape is happy, in love and living life to the fullest.  In a recent candid interview with Tia Rudd, Entertainment/Celebrity Contributor for the sophisticated and trendy lifestyle magazine Plus Model Magazine, she shares he hopes for the future and gives an inside look into why she loves her sexy curves.

Rudd sits down in a larger than life interview with Scott to talk about her curvaceous living as a vegetarian and music career.  LaTocha Scott, raised in the church like most R & B singers speaks openly about how her family influenced and accepted her career in the entertainment industry.  Like most curvy women, Scott admits that she was tired of being known as the “big girl” in the group, and expresses how the industry put pressure on her to loose weight, but her mentor Jermaine Dupri never did.

Xscapewas one of the hottest female R & B singing groups around in the 1990’s.  You couldn’t help but know the lyrics to some of their hits like, “Who Can I Run To” “Just Kickin’ It” and “My Little Secret.” The original lineup of the group consisted of sisters LaTocha Scott, Tamika Scott, Kandi Burrus and Tameka Cottle.   Through Rudd’s ability to bring out the very best in all her interviews she gets Scott to open up about her views on motherhood, music and even the Tiny and Kandi reality shows!“LaTocha is so sweet and friendly,” states Rudd.  “Very open and honest and definitely exudes tons of positive energy. I believe every woman that reads this article will be able to relate to her.  Speaking with Latocha definitely opened my eyes on how far the entertainment industry has come in accepting plus size women.”You don’t want to miss July’s issue of Plus Model Magazine available online July 1, 2012.
