This month Australian bombshell Sophie Sheppard graces our cover and is featured in sexy denim styles. We are so excited to introduce Marcy Cruz to our PMM readers, with so much happening on a daily basis we have decided to bring a Blog Editor on board. Marcy is no stranger to the industry, she loves fashion, is an amazing writer and is adored by many in our industry. In her position, you will see her at events and shoots as we take the PLUS Model Magazine blog in a new direction.
For those of you who watched House of Curves, I made an appearance on the last episode when Bella Rene was presented to the media. I know that many of you were disappointed in the “wrap dress” comment, but I have learned to have thick skin in this business. It was more important for me to offer genuine and sound advice to an up and coming designer than to get “emotional” over our preference in fashion. The designer, Kenyatta Jones, did address the comment on twitter. As a community we should be honest with our advice and knowledge in the hopes that it’s received in the same manner.
