Nationally-recognized speaker, author, and educator Rochelle Rice is a huge advocate for plus size women everywhere. She dedicates herself to empowering women of size by connecting the body, the mind, and the heart through focus, movement, and breath. She holds yoga classes in NYC for women of size and is the author of Real Fitness for Real Women.
This month, Rochelle is partnering up with plus size retailer Always For Me for her second annual Full, Fit & Fabulous event in NYC. The event brings together health and wellness for the full figured woman and will feature Rochelle with her colleagues Jeanette Bronee, Karol Ward, Roz Mays, Olga Gonzalez-Ramos and many others as they artfully blend health, movement and fashion for overall wellness.
