The use of excessive photoshop may be coming to an end.
Seth Matlins’ campaign to end the excessive use of Photoshop in the ads children across the nation are exposed to every single day will be going to Capitol Hill this Wednesday. Mr. Matlin will deliver the 20,000 signatures from his popular Change.org petition to Congresswomen Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (R-FL27) and Lois Capps (D-CA24), who introduced the Truth in Advertising Act to Congress in March.
Seth, a dad and a former ad executive turned advocate, says he launched his campaign after seeing how dangerous extreme Photoshop in ads or “weapons of mass perfection” affect young children like his son and daughter.
