Target’s Ava & Viv Clothing Line is Back For Fall… Here’s Some of Our Favorites

When Target launched their Ava & Viv line earlier this year, many plus size women were disappointed at the lackluster assortment offered.

The pieces were nice and affordable… however, they were not what many expected since the brand heavily promoted their enlistment of three top plus size fashion bloggers, who are each known for their impeccable style and fashion aesthetic, to be the faces of the new line. According to Target, these bloggers were also acting as advisors for the new clothing line so expectations were high.

The bloggers were vocal on social media after the launch, stating that the line will continue to get better as it grows. With Fall almost upon us, we now get a look at the second collection of the line with bloggers Gabi Gregg, Nicolette Mason and Chastity Garner again being the faces of the latest campaign.

According to Target, the bloggers provided input on the fall collection, which features trend-driven statement pieces including vibrant skirts and coordinated sets.

Gabi Gregg said on Target’s A Bulleye’s View blog:

“I love fall; it’s the best fashion. Getting to see how our input lead to the actual collection was amazing. I told the designers at Target that I love soft pant joggers and printed sets, and I’m happy to see they designed more of those.”

And according to Chastity, she is loving the addition of bold prints and how transitional the pieces are:

“The prints from AVA & VIV this fall are absolutely perfect. They can easily be worked into your current wardrobe as you transition to the next season.”

While the collection seems to still be basics-driven, there’s a few statement pieces that have caught our eye as well as great colors and more denim styles being offered. Here’s a few of our favorite pieces from the Ava & Viv Fall 2015 collection:
