Q: What’s the best exercises to practice different facial expressions?
A: Did you know our faces can make approximately 43 different movements? Yes! Learn to isolate the muscles around your eyes, brows, forehead and mouth. This will help you with facial movements.
Your best friend is the mirror. You have to spend time in front of the mirror practicing facial expressions and learning what they FEEL like so when you are not in front of the mirror, you will know what you look like. Once you practice enough, it will come naturally to you. While you’re there, practice some body poses too!
