Confidence is the key to living your best life. What is your advice to women who are still struggling with their self-esteem?
It is really difficult for a woman to be comfortable with her body. I struggled my entire life with my body image and self esteem. In the past year I have come not only comfortable with my body but confident as well. My best advice is to accept your body for what it is and be happy with it.
