Our Style Crushes of the Week on Instagram

Many of us look to Instagram for style inspiration. For us at PMM, we love to see all plus size women showcasing themselves in their OOTDs (Outfit Of The Day) and showing off their individual style. These women come in all shapes and sizes, with different style takes on current and vintage fashion. It makes us look at fashion differently on a daily basis and love it even more.

We also love how confident these women are and how they put themselves out there, showing off their looks to the world. This is one of the reasons we created our #CelebrateYourSize hashtag on Instagram two years ago and the response continues to be overwhelming. We wanted to show our support to those women who celebrate their size through fashion, body confidence and self-love. We also wanted to inspire other women to celebrate their size as well.

As always, we all have our style crushes and as an ode to those special ladies, we will be spotlighting our style crushes from Instagram weekly. Here’s who we are gushing over this week…

Check out this sassy caped suit @seralillycurve sent me. There are rare and few times in life where you get to wear an outfit so spectacular that you feel like a sassy geometric sexy lady Elvis, a hunka hunka patterned love. I have multiple times today used this caped blazer to fly away from awkward conversations, soar above my doubts and serenade pretty much anyone who would listen to me croon. I've also gotten really good at swiveling these hips and shaking what my momma gave me while grunting uh huh and saying "thank you, thank you very much." I only regret not arranging my hair into such a coif that could only resemble the legendary iconic pompadour he always wore. Sadly, I'm not miracle worker.
