This New Plus Size Fashion Brand Wants Women To Feel Empowered

Loralette is here and with a tagline of “Let Me Be Me”, they have our attention.

This new brand, geared towards curvy girls of ages 25 to 35 in sizes 14-24, is the little sister to Avenue, a well-known brand that has been around since the late 80’s.Loralette4

The retailer states in the official press release that Loralette will be dedicated to the fashion-focused, digitally savvy woman that’s curvy and confident.Loralette8 Loralette10

  • Woodbridge/Iselin, NJ
  • Centereach Mall, NY
  • Clinton Valley, MI
  • Plaza at Chapel Hill, OH

Set to debut in March 2017, Avenue states:

Loralette represents an inspired facet of the plus size industry that embraces their curves, takes cues from pop culture and is as digitally savvy as they are confident. Loralette offers styles that appeal to the young shopper including: off the shoulder tops, destructed denim, bodysuits, sexy bralettes and more.

Liz Williams, CEO states:

“We saw a void in the market that we knew we could fill if we represented this age group for who they really are. She looks for fashion that looks great for her curvy body at affordable prices.”

Excited? We are!

Loralette launches on March 15th. We also “heard” that if the brand does well, they will consider expanding on sizes. So let’s support Avenue in their efforts to accommodate a younger customer and throwing their hat into that fashion arena.
