Former PR maven-turned-influencer, Brown’s brand And I Get Dressed is now a movement. She has built a strong community online, inspiring women of all sizes to live fully while looking fabulous.
But one of the major accomplishments Brown has made in the last few years was creating the hashtag #FatatFashionWeek. A frequent attendee of NYFW shows, Brown noticed that there wasn’t a great representation of plus size women during Fashion Week and she wanted to change that. Her hashtag has now started a movement where mainstream media such as Instyle and Glamour Magazine have featured her and other plus size women in gorgeous imagery, as they attended shows.
She just launched merchandise on her website and her videos on YouTube continue to do well. We’re sure she has something fabulous planned for NYFW this September.
