You may have seen Dozier modeling for major brands such as Nordstrom, Charlotte Russe, Macy’s, Good American, NYDJ, 7 For All Mankind and Seven7Jeans. The size 16/18 model of color is not just an established print and runway model — she has also built a successful fit modeling career as well. It’s been so great that she recently launched her own plus size fit and fashion consultation firm called The Dozier Agency.
Her #BeautifullyHuman movement is all about empowering everyone to know they are all beautiful in their own right. She uses her platform to push for more diversity in the modeling industry, especially for women of color and visibly plus bodies.
