NYFW Wrap-Up: Bandelettes Makes NYFW Runway Debut at the Chromat Show
Bandelettes continues to take over the fashion scene by storm.
The intimates brand made its NYFW debut on the runway at the Chromat AW17: Buoyancy show on Friday, February 10th. Another score for the plus size fashion world. 
If you don’t know what Bandelettes are, you should. The thigh bands have become very popular because they not only prevent thigh chafing but comfortable and sexy. They are accessories that make a woman feel confident and sexy, while eliminating the discomfort of “chub rub”.
Bandelettes are made with non-slip silicone strips designed to be worn around the upper thigh and are available in lace and plain elastic solid bands. Not only they provide comfort, but they’re sexy enough to wear on their own, as proven on the Chromat runway this week.
Plus model Denise Bidot rocked the runway in her Bandelettes and epitomized the brand’s mission to help women feel comfortable and confident.
Rena Abramoff and Julia Abasova, founders of Bandelettes told us exclusively:

Encouraging aspiring models to share their personal narratives, the initiative aims to inspire women of all backgrounds, shapes, and sizes. Following a rigorous selection process, Brittany Wilborn, Camryn Henry, and Sharon Clawson emerged as the chosen winners. In January 2024, these models embarked on a transformative journey to Harbour Island, where they had the unparalleled opportunity to shoot alongside Denise under the expert direction of internationally acclaimed photographer and director, Ben Watts.
