Rebel Wilson Unveils Her New Collection With Torrid In a Amazing Way

Actress Rebel Wilson unveiled her limited collection Rebel Wilson for Torrid with plus size fashion retailer Torrid at Milk Studios in Los Angeles on Thursday and did it in grand fashion.

The big celebration included a live performance with Rebel joining fellow Australian Hugh Sheridan, as well as Gabe Roland and Emile Welman on stage. There was a pop-up shop, showcasing the 31-piece collection, as well as many fans, celebrities and supporters on hand to enjoy in the fun. Guests were also able to chat with the actress and see the collection up close.

PMM Executive Fashion Director and plus size stylist Reah Norman was in attendance as well as plus models Georgina Burke and Philomena Kwao, who are the faces of Torrid. Burke will also be featured in the upcoming campaign for Rebel Wilson for Torrid:
“I’m so excited to be part of this launch. As a fellow Aussie I’m a huge fan of Rebel. The ‘gangsta koala’ tee? Love.”
Kwao added:
“Rebel truly is the perfect match for Torrid. She proves that women of all shapes and sizes can be fiercely talented and have the fashion sense to match.”

Rebel said at the event:
“I love this collection so much and am so excited to be sharing it with everyone tonight! We put a lot of time and effort into it. Torrid’s designers are really passionate and knowledgeable about what they do.”
Lisa Harper, Torrid CEO stated:
“What a night. It’s such a great way to salute Rebel and celebrate our partnership. The results speak for themselves. We couldn’t be happier.”
According to the official press release, “the event is Torrid’s latest effort to shine light on women who wear sizes 12 to 28 and empower them with fashion that’s cool, stylish and, as Rebel puts it, ‘straight up dope’.”

Following a rigorous selection process, Brittany Wilborn, Camryn Henry, and Sharon Clawson emerged as the chosen winners. In January 2024, these models embarked on a transformative journey to Harbour Island, where they had the unparalleled opportunity to shoot alongside Denise under the expert direction of internationally acclaimed photographer and director, Ben Watts.
