Plus size fashion retailer Ashley Stewart has successfully made a turnaround, which has many plus size fashionistas breathing a sigh of relief.
The retailer filed for bankruptcy almost a year ago with its future looking dire. A year later, with a new CEO and strong team, they have worked hard to keep the brand going with no intentions of giving up. The customer truly comes first for Ashley Stewart and its evident in everything they do.
Blog Editor Marcy Cruz wrote a wonderful article in March 2015 issue of PLUS Model Magazine detailing the story of Ashley Stewart’s turnaround and the visionary leader behind it, CEO James Rhee, who is really passionate about the plus size customer and what she wants from the brand. The community-centric brand continues to not only offer trendy, stylish affordable fashion in sizes 12 – 26 but they are also extremely involved in community efforts and connecting with customers online and in-store.
