ModCloth Celebrates International Women’s Day with Their “What She Said” Month Long Campaign

Modcloth is devoting the month of March to celebrating women in a BIG way.

Just in time for International Women’s Day on March 8th, the brand is showing their support for women with their month-long “What She Said” campaign because they believe that “every woman has a story to tell“.

In addition to offering empowering graphic tees to wear proudly this month, Modcloth will be spotlighting key female vendors, such as Besame Cosmetics, Emily and Fin, Palava, Smak Parlour, B.A.I.T and Mata Traders on their website and social media channels.

We think this is a great idea to introduce these female owned brands to the masses and also encourage support for those brands.

Modcloth is also promoting this empowering campaign on social media with posts that include the hashtags #WhatSheSaidMonth and #ModClothSweeps, asking followers and fans to shout out the empowered females in their lives with a tag in the comments.

Best part of this? A random winner will receive two $100 ModCloth gift cards… one for them and a friend!

You can nominate an inspiring female in your life who is making a difference. From entrepreneurs and small business owners to die-hard do-gooders and dreamers, ModCloth wants to hear about the women who are not given the full recognition they deserve.

Share your stories on Instagram and Twitter with a picture or video and include #ModClothGivingContest.

The winner will receive a $4,500 grant towards her project or cause and five hours of business coaching from #TeamModCloth. The contest will launch March 1 and submissions will be accepted until March 18. The grand prize winner will be notified March 30.
