Getting so excited for #FatCamp2018! It’s going to be a #bodypositive reclamation of the idea, with zero weight loss talk but ALL the best parts about summer camp: Campfires, s’mores, pool parties, crafting, kayaking, and more! I’m also going to be leading a workshop about personal style and shopping to express yourself, and I would love to see you there! Follow @fatgirlstraveling and DM me if you want more information 🚣♀️ P.S. This amazing panda rash guard bikini is from @rue107, and was perfect for a day at the lake 🐼

Did you ever go to summer camp? I did throughout middle school & high school and I LOVED it! It honestly changed me as a person, brought me out of my shell, and made me more confident. I still hated my body then, and I wanted to ask my parents to send me to fat camp, but I couldn't even bring myself to say that "F" word out loud. Well, I'm excited to say I'm going to Fat Camp this summer, but it's totally unlike the weight loss camps of yore. This Fat Camp is all about loving yourself, body positivity, #bopo pool parties, bonding & more! I will be speaking at the camp, so come hang out with me and some of your other #plussize faves in August!
