Join Us For #plusmodelkindness

Last Friday, I picked up the phone and actually called a friend I had not spoken with in a long time… it felt amazing to hear their voice and connect with them on a level that goes beyond a text or email. During this time of social distancing, it is more important than ever that we stay connected. While we have little control over everything happening in our world, we always have control over our reaction. Yes, we need to stay safe, informed and prepared, but I would ask that we add #kindness to our list. Please join us in our #plusmodelkindness campaign to #facetimeafriend or #phoneafriend While quick texts or emails may be necessary, there is nothing like a phone call or FaceTime from someone we have not connected with in a while, but are important to us. Over the next two weeks, call or FaceTime 1 person per day who you have not spoken with in a while. Share an old photo (where you can) of you and your friend -or- how it felt to connect with them… please include #plusmodelkindness.
