Universal Standard is now branching out into the activewear arena and we’re excited.

The new collection titled Game by Universal Standard is a high-tech performance activewear collection, consisting of 5 pieces that the brand states is “expert fit and design meets the latest technology to bring you gear that can handle your toughest workout“.

Universal Standard wants to change “the game” with this collection. With their reputation for their attention to detail and great fit, we think they’re up for the challenge. Plus size activewear can be tricky in terms of fit, durability and quality. This collection is right on time and we’re curious to see what customers will think.

We love that there are many colors available and the collection contains core activewear pieces such as a tank, a bodysuit, a tee and leggings.

All pieces are made from a sweat-wicking, antimicrobial fabric engineered from the thread up by the brand. They created these pieces to ensure you can move freely and feel like you are not wearing activewear that feels heavy against your body. 

Best part of it all? All pieces are available up to size 26/28! We’d love to see how these pieces look on larger bodies (especially a size 26/28) and how they fare in workout mode. 

Prices range from $45 to $85 and with their Universal Fit Liberty program, if you go up a size or down a size, they will replace it with your new size, within a year of purchase, for free. See more here about the program.
