A writer and blogger, Bigelow’s Phat Girl Brand has now evolved to include producing the CurvyNoire event to celebrate women of color in the plus size industry, running her own boutique and honoring leaders in our community and industry with her annual LifeStyled Honors event.
Always candid about her own journey with battling cancer, she has empowered women worldwide to be strong, enjoy life and be authentically themselves. She is not one to back down from controversial topics, using her pen to write articles for major media outlets such as Hello Beautiful and Fashionista.com about the lack of representation for women of color and visibly plus size women in the media and fashion industry.
